Senthil Kumar, PhD.
Senthil has academic and research interests in the areas of Strategy, Organization Design and International Business. His research articles have appeared in premier journals: Organization Studies, Journal of Business Research, Competitiveness Review, Journal of Strategy & Management, Organization Development Journal, Quality Management Journal, Journal of Managerial Issues, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, and Strategic Change Journal. Senthil currently an Associate Professor of Strategy at Slippery Rock University at Pennsylvania. Previously, Senthil taught in the business programs at Oklahoma State University, Rhode Island College, Bowling Green State University and National Institute of Technology-Trichy, India. His global academic experience includes teaching Bachelors, Graduate, and Doctoral level courses in Strategy, International Business and Organization Design. He has designed and delivered several executive and entrepreneurship development programs. Senthil has a Doctoral degree in Strategic Management from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma, United States and earned his MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM) and B.Engg. from Bharathiar University (India).
Gautham Senthil Kumar, MPA (Master of Public Administration)
Gautham has research and consulting interests in the areas of public policy, international relations, and organization & management analysis for effective strategy implementation. Gautham has earned his Bachelors degree in International Relations and History from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Bowling Green State University, Ohio. Gautham has research, statistical analysis and planning experience with NGOs. He has special interests in international relations and business consulting, working in multi-cultural and international context, and entrepreneurship and management development. He has avid interest in geography and global affairs and examines their implications for business and government relations.
